Hotels and B&Bs
in Italy
Hotels and B&Bs (Bed and Breakfasts) generally offer accommodation by the night without long minimum stays.
In the case of hotels there is normally reception services most if not all day long. Sometimes there is a restaurant on the property, and
services such as baggage handling and concierge services are usually available. B&Bs on the other hand usually offer little if any
extra services (other than breakfast of course). We do our best to denote which services are offered on the individual property pages.Vacation Rentals
in Italy
Vacation rentals are generally meant for longer stays if not for 1 or 2 week minimums. Often they are restrictive to
arrival and departure days, but in cities this is more flexible. In most all cases they are self-catering so there no maids or
breakfast. Sometimes these services are available for an extra fee.
